What data we collect, why, for how long, and your rights.

Data collected

  • Agent application form: first name, last name, business name, business type, phone, email, city, address, free-form message.
  • Contact form: name, email, phone, subject, message.
  • Technical data: anonymous traffic statistics via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal identifier).
  • Geolocation: only when you explicitly enable it on the agency map, to show you nearby service points.

Purposes

Reviewing your agent application, contacting you regarding a request, improving the site experience. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Agent applications are kept for 24 months from the last contact. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification, objection, and deletion. Send your request to serviceclients@charicash.com.

Cookies

The site does not use any advertising cookies. The only cookies set are functional (language preference) and do not identify the user.

Security

Partner network transactions are secured under PCI DSS and 3D Secure standards. The site is served over HTTPS.
